Seems Char's recovered a bit from her earlier mishap.

Well, either that or she's concussed and thinks she's an actual pirate. Either one is a distinct possibility.

EDIT - I just realized that Charlotte is literally wearing the exact same outfit in both comics, down to the bandanna and scarf combo. Was that pre-planned or just a huge coincidence?

Possibly, it's because MST3K drew Char for the cover page before prom started, and they both ran with the outfit she wore on that page? :)

Charlotte, Chase, and even Shana all in this. Charlotte even wearing the same outfit I drew her in for other parts of the exchange.
